WHAT IS ISLEPLAY®?
IslePlay is the term for player credits from direct mail cash coupons that can be redeemed instantly for slot play at your favorite slot machine-so there's no need for you to wait in line to redeem coupons!
HOW DO I GET ISLEPLAY®?
Just watch your mail. Whenever you see an IslePlay® coupon in future mailings, player credits have already been added to your IsleOne® account and are available for play on your favorite slot machine during the valid dates shown on the coupon. IslePlay® offers are available on slot machines at the property from which you receive your mailings (your "home property").
HOW DO I REDEEM ISLEPLAY®?
Step 1: Stop by the IsleOne® Guest Services Center to choose your PIN (Personal Identification Number) if you haven't done so already.
Step 2: Insert your IsleOne® card into the slot machine and wait for the green light.
Step 3: Select the "menu" button on the screen.
Step 4: Enter your 4-digit PIN and press "enter." The amount of IslePlay® available will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Select the "IslePlay®" button on the screen.
Step 6: Activate IslePlay® by inserting a coin or bill.
