The Mississippi Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Control Act and Mississippi Gaming Commission Regulations.
Isle of Capri management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion with prior written approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Employees of the Isle of Capri Casinos are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
