Rules and Regulations

1. Membership is free. Members must be at least 21 years of age for slot play and IsleOne membership and 18 for poker play.
2. It is the member’s responsibility to present their IsleOne card to the dealer before playing Poker and/or to insert the card properly into the slot machine card reader before slot play begins.
3. Member must provide valid state-issued photo identification, passport or military identification at the IsleOne Players Club for all transactions.
4. Only one IsleOne member permitted per account. Membership and rewards are not transferable.
5. Points are non-transferable.
6. Earned cashback is redeemable when account status reaches IsleOne Select and/or IsleOne Paradise levels. Once status is achieved, cashback is redeemable in $5 increments.
7. Management reserves the right to edit or alter accounts and points after 12 months of inactivity.
8. Employees of the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. are not eligible for IsleOne membership.
9. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.
10. Management reserves the right to revoke membership, club benefits or points at their discretion.
11. Terms and conditions of club membership are subject to change.
