Rules and Regulations

2. Membership is free.
3. Participating in the IsleOne® Players Club indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions.
4. Valid photo identification is required for participation (state issued driver's license, state issued identification cards, passport, military identification card and resident alien cards are considered acceptable forms of identification).
5. Valid photo identification is required to redeem benefits and privileges of IsleOne® card for all transactions.
6. Only one member per IsleOne® club account.
7. IsleOne® card membership benefits and points are non-transferable.
8. Award certificates expire seven (7) days from date of issuance and are non-transferable.
9. It is the player's responsibility to properly insert their IsleOne® card into the slot machine card reader or present the IsleOne® card to the table games dealer before playing.
10. the isle casino & hotel at waterloo may not be held responsible for unrated play due to player negligence or improper insertion or presentation of the IsleOne® card.
11. the isle casino & hotel at waterloo reserves the right to adjust any benefit or point balance resulting from malfunction, operational errors and/or fraudulent use of the IsleOne® card.
12. Adjusted, promotional and bonus points will not be included as qualifying criteria for IsleOne® Select and IsleOne® Paradise levels.
13. Employees of the Isle of Capri are not eligible for IsleOne® membership, benefits, promotions or other special events.

15. Multiple cards may be issued for members who chose to play multiple machines concurrently (must comply with multiple card usage policies). Members distributing their IsleOne® cards to other players or using the IsleOne® card inconsistently with its intended use may have their membership revoked and all outstanding benefits and privileges surrendered.
